Location: Hanoi, Vietnam (Hybrid/Flexible work-from-home policy)

What you will do

  • Coordinate SOC2 and ISO 27001 audit activities and align technical controls with compliance requirements.
  • Conduct first-pass reviews and redlining of customer MSAs, NDAs, and vendor agreements.
  • Manage investor due diligence processes, including data room organization and inquiry responses.
  • Maintain the company compliance calendar and track ongoing legal obligations.
  • Draft counter-proposals and negotiation talking points for commercial and finance stakeholders.
  • Identify compliance gaps and conduct annual risk surveys to support management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Laws degree required.
  • 3+ years of experience in a corporate law firm or in-house legal/compliance role.
  • Strong written and communication skills in English (C1 level).
  • Familiarity with commercial agreements (NDA, DPA, MSA) and data privacy regulations (GDPR).
  • Experience with compliance frameworks such as SOC2 or ISO 27001.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage complex documentation.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with IT infrastructure concepts.
  • Knowledge of emerging AI legislation such as the EU AI Act or NIST AI RMF.
