What you will do

• Drive project hygiene and operating standards across the security organization using AI-generated insights.
• Manage the intake and triage process for security requests, training AI classification systems.
• Produce program-level status reports and metrics for executive leadership.
• Track team capacity and commitments to prevent slippage and overcommitment.
• Analyze and reduce interruption work to improve overall processing efficiency.
• Partner with the AI engineering team as a product owner to shape the program management toolset.

Requirements

• 6+ years of program or project management experience in technical or engineering environments.
• Demonstrated experience using AI to scale program management practices.
• Deep fluency with Jira and Confluence, including JQL, dashboards, and reporting.
• Experience operating in a remote-first organization.
• Must be based in Mexico.
