What you will do

• Own the end-to-end GTM systems stack including Salesforce, Marketo, and integration platforms.
• Lead Salesforce architecture, governance, and data quality infrastructure.
• Build and optimize AI-powered workflows to automate lead routing and lifecycle management.
• Translate complex business requirements from Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success into scalable system solutions.
• Manage and develop a small team, setting priorities and maintaining system reliability.
• Ensure durable documentation and clear operational rhythms across the GTM function.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 5+ years of experience in GTM Systems or Revenue Operations within B2B SaaS.
• 1+ years of experience leading direct reports in a technical or operations environment.
• Deep hands-on expertise in Salesforce org design, flows, and integration architecture.
• Proven track record of designing AI-powered workflows in a GTM context.
• SQL fluency sufficient to validate metrics and support reporting foundations.

Nice to have

• Experience with CPQ, Clay, ZoomInfo, or CommonRoom.
• Background in supporting usage-based or consumption business models.
• Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator certification.
• Expertise with BDR operations and multi-geo GTM motions.
