What you will do
- Serve as the primary technical owner and escalation point for Salesforce platform configuration and operational health.
- Design and implement scalable declarative solutions using Advanced Flows, Validation Rules, and Dynamic Forms.
- Manage user provisioning, role hierarchies, and permission sets in alignment with enterprise security standards.
- Lead release management, testing, and deployment processes using CI/CD tools such as Copado, Flosum, or Git.
- Collaborate with RevOps, Sales, and Finance to integrate Salesforce with NetSuite, BillingPlatform, and Marketo.
- Mentor junior administrators and maintain comprehensive system documentation and runbooks.
Requirements
- 8+ years of Salesforce administration experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise environments.
- Advanced expertise in Salesforce declarative tools, specifically complex Flow building and security architecture.
- Strong understanding of the Lead-to-Cash lifecycle and its impact on financial systems.
- Experience with structured release cycles, sandbox strategies, and deployment validation.
- Active Salesforce Certified Administrator certification required.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or equivalent practical experience.
