What you will do

  • Act as the technical lead for CPQ transformation and potential migration from Salesforce CPQ to DealHub.
  • Design and maintain lean skeleton framework models within the current Salesforce CPQ instance.
  • Manage Tier 2 support tickets, product setup, and complex price/product rules.
  • Ensure seamless data synchronization between Salesforce, NetSuite, and internal portal systems.
  • Partner with Finance, Legal, and Sales teams to translate business requirements into technical builds.
  • Develop declarative automation using Salesforce Flows and field updates.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on administration experience with Salesforce CPQ or DealHub.
  • 5+ years of Salesforce administrative and functional design experience.
  • Demonstrable experience migrating or modernizing complex CPQ systems.
  • Deep understanding of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
  • Advanced Excel skills and comfort with complex data sets.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to manage change across a global organization.

Nice to have

  • Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist (CPQ 301) certification.
  • Previous CPQ consulting background.
  • Experience evaluating and integrating AI tools for CRM/CPQ optimization.
