Senior Software Engineering Manager (Salesforce)

What you will do

• Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of engineers, QA, and product specialists.
• Oversee architectural and design decisions across the Salesforce platform.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and manage resource allocation for project delivery.
• Promote the use of AI tooling and methodologies to improve team productivity and code quality.
• Champion best practices, coding standards, and software development methodologies.
• Manage production incidents and communicate effectively with business stakeholders.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US
• 8+ years of software development experience with 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Deep hands-on experience with the enterprise-scale Salesforce ecosystem.
• Proven experience with Apex, LWC, SOQL, Flows, and Salesforce metadata models.
• Experience leveraging AI tooling, specifically the AgentForce suite.
• Strong understanding of integration design, governor limits, and performance tuning.

Nice to have

• Experience with Gearset or other enterprise CI/CD tooling.
• Background in large org refactoring and multi-team governance models.
• Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer II or Integration Architect.
