TL;DR
Technical Quality Specialist (SaaS): Troubleshooting complex bugs and collaborating with internal teams to elevate the Figma experience with an accent on end-to-end quality and technical diagnosis. Focus on diagnosing sophisticated bugs across multiple platforms, partnering with Engineering to drive resolutions, and advocating for the customer voice.
Location: Must be based in the United States (Remote or Hybrid in San Francisco or New York hubs)
Salary: $45.20 - $80.30 per hour

What you will do
- Diagnose sophisticated bugs and troubleshoot complex technical issues across Figma's product suite.
- Interact directly with customers via chat, email, and video calls to resolve high-complexity problems.
- Partner with Engineering and Product teams to report bugs, drive resolutions, and maintain proactive communication.
- Contribute to social support efforts by engaging with users on community platforms and social media.
- Develop internal and customer-facing documentation, including training materials.
- Identify trends and communicate insights to advocate for bug fixes, tooling improvements, and feature enhancements.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in QA or Support for a technical SaaS product.
- Experience collaborating closely with Engineering and Product teams.
- Troubleshooting and debugging experience across Mac, Windows, iOS, and Android.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into concise explanations for various audiences.
- Must be based in the United States.
Nice to have
- Experience with design tools such as Figma, Adobe Suite, Sketch, or Framer.
- Ability to read and write Spanish, Portuguese, Japanese, Korean, German, or French.
