Form Builder (SaaS)

Location: Remote from Bogota, Colombia

What you will do

• Build and revise custom forms using an internal no-code form-building tool.
• Translate client purposes and business requirements into effective form configurations.
• Map forms to existing platform fields and validate results through application testing and QA.
• Communicate with clients through Zendesk to clarify requirements and provide support.
• Collaborate with internal teams and train end users who build their own templates.
• Manage multiple concurrent requests, shifting priorities, and deadlines independently.

Requirements

• Strong customer service and professional client-facing communication skills.
• Ability to understand and translate client requirements.
• Ability to learn new SaaS platforms and internal tools quickly.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and deadline-management skills.
• Microsoft Office proficiency and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
