Salary: $160,000 - $220,000 USD (typical starting range); $180,000 - $240,000 USD in US Premium Markets

What you will do
- Stand up NPI as a repeatable launch discipline: define the launch process, requirements framework, and operating cadence.
- Own launch programs end-to-end by holding timelines, driving deliverables across Product, Finance, Legal, Operations, and Engineering, and producing a single readiness plan.
- Own commercial and operational launch design, including pricing setup, quoting logic, discount/approval rules, and controls.
- Own acquired-product integration into the commercial system, reconciling pricing and contract mechanics to match ClickHouse’s selling standard.
- Run end-to-end testing (UAT) on the quote-to-cash path and manage go/no-go readiness and field activation.
- Build automation and tooling to reduce manual work, speed up NPI/commercial operations, and improve reliability; track issues after go-live and close gaps.
Requirements
- 8+ years in technical program management, revenue operations, product operations, or commercial systems, with experience owning launches end-to-end and building supporting systems.
- Proven owner-operator mindset for outcomes, including fixing broken launches and measuring success by whether launches land.
- Ability to define processes from a near-blank slate and design/build automation and tooling for manual, slow, or error-prone workflows.
- Experience with usage-based or consumption-based business models, including metering, commits, and overages across billing, contracts, and revenue recognition.
- Strong working knowledge of launch dependencies such as Salesforce and CPQ, financial/billing systems, product rating, and telemetry; comfort designing quoting rules, approval logic, and automated controls.
- Strong written and verbal communication for driving cross-functional forums and presenting readiness status to senior stakeholders.
