What you will do

• Partner with the CEO to drive strategic initiatives and lead cross-functional projects from ideation to execution.
• Conduct market and competitive research to support executive decision-making.
• Develop and implement operating processes to improve speed and execution quality.
• Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks across product, engineering, and finance teams.
• Prepare business analyses, executive presentations, and materials for fundraising or partnerships.
• Represent the CEO in meetings and ensure follow-through on key action items.

Requirements

• Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills with strong business judgment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven record of leading challenging projects or solving complex problems.
