What you will do

• Lead the development, implementation, and evaluation of the organization's 3-year strategic plan.
• Provide leadership and accountability to the Senior Management Team across crisis, support, and prevention services.
• Act as the principal spokesperson, championing the rights of survivors and influencing public policy and legislation.
• Develop long-term sustainability strategies and diversify income streams through grants and corporate partnerships.
• Ensure full compliance with constitutional, legal, regulatory, and charitable obligations.
• Maintain overall accountability for financial stewardship and resource allocation.

Requirements

• Significant senior leadership experience within the charity, public, health, or social care sectors.
• Proven track record in leading organisational strategy, change, and growth.
• Experience managing senior managers and multidisciplinary teams.
• Demonstrable success in fundraising, income generation, and partnership development.
• Experience working with Boards, Committees, or Trustees.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Jersey.
