What you will do
- Lead the development, implementation, and evaluation of the organization's 3-year strategic plan.
- Provide leadership and accountability to the Senior Management Team across crisis, support, and prevention services.
- Act as the principal spokesperson, championing the rights of survivors and influencing public policy and legislation.
- Develop long-term sustainability strategies and diversify income streams through grants and corporate partnerships.
- Ensure full compliance with constitutional, legal, regulatory, and charitable obligations.
- Maintain overall accountability for financial stewardship and resource allocation.
Requirements
- Significant senior leadership experience within the charity, public, health, or social care sectors.
- Proven track record in leading organisational strategy, change, and growth.
- Experience managing senior managers and multidisciplinary teams.
- Demonstrable success in fundraising, income generation, and partnership development.
- Experience working with Boards, Committees, or Trustees.
- Must be based in or able to work onsite in Jersey.

- Knowledge of charity governance and regulatory requirements.
- Understanding of organisational development and culture change.
