Salary: $140,000–$165,000 per year

What you will do

• Develop and implement project planning and scheduling control strategies for internal and contractor teams.
• Manage WBS/CBS structures in collaboration with cost engineering teams.
• Monitor detailed and summary schedules throughout the project lifecycle.
• Integrate schedule risk analysis and mitigation plans into project processes.
• Establish progress measurement and reporting systems for stakeholder updates.
• Support project closeout planning and interface planning across project stages.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of experience in project controls and schedule management.
• Experience supporting design and construction management for medium-to-large capital programs.
• Strong knowledge of critical path method scheduling and schedule health analysis.
• Ability to analyze EPC plans, identify trends, and communicate mitigation strategies.
• Demonstrated ability to self-direct and operate in fast-paced project environments.

Nice to have

• Data center design and construction delivery experience.
• Expert proficiency in MS Project, Primavera P6, or Acumen Suite.
• Experience with executive reporting and schedule governance.
