What you will do

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of an assigned book of Property/Casualty business.
  • Quote new business, collect necessary client data, and issue Evidence of Insurance.
  • Build and maintain ongoing professional relationships with clients.
  • Process billing for new and renewal policies as well as client change requests.
  • Execute endorsements and ensure accuracy in the Applied/Epic system and shared drives.
  • Generate ID cards and certificates of insurance while performing preliminary policy reviews.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in the insurance industry.
  • Basic knowledge of Property and Casualty insurance coverage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong organizational skills and high attention to accuracy and detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple client needs and multitask effectively.

  • Experience working with the Applied/Epic agency management system.
