What you will do
- Conduct field investigations for liability and casualty claims, including on-site scene inspections.
- Document damages and causation through detailed notes, measurements, photographs, and diagrams.
- Evaluate loss facts to support coverage, liability, and exposure determinations.
- Obtain statements from insureds, claimants, and witnesses.
- Prepare accurate reports and maintain file documentation according to regulatory and company standards.
- Coordinate with carriers, policyholders, vendors, and legal representatives.
Requirements
- 3+ years of adjusting experience, specifically in third-party claims handling.
- Active adjuster license(s) and the ability to obtain additional licenses as required.
- Must reside in or near El Paso, Texas (candidates in TX, NM, or AZ are preferred).
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for regular local travel.
- Strong investigative mindset with high attention to detail and professional communication skills.
