What you will do

• Conduct field investigations for liability and casualty claims, including on-site scene inspections.
• Document damages and causation through detailed notes, measurements, photographs, and diagrams.
• Evaluate loss facts to support coverage, liability, and exposure determinations.
• Obtain statements from insureds, claimants, and witnesses.
• Prepare accurate reports and maintain file documentation according to regulatory and company standards.
• Coordinate with carriers, policyholders, vendors, and legal representatives.

Requirements

• 3+ years of adjusting experience, specifically in third-party claims handling.
• Active adjuster license(s) and the ability to obtain additional licenses as required.
• Must reside in or near El Paso, Texas (candidates in TX, NM, or AZ are preferred).
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for regular local travel.
• Strong investigative mindset with high attention to detail and professional communication skills.
