What you will do
- Provide IT support for desktop PCs, mobile devices, and VPN connectivity.
- Manage user access, incidents, and service interruptions to ensure a reliable end-user experience.
- Analyze HL7 messages and recurring system issues to implement permanent technical solutions.
- Create and maintain IT process documentation, including how-to guides and downtime procedures.
- Utilize ticketing systems to document resolutions and communicate with customers and internal teams.
Requirements
- Experience supporting healthcare IT environments, including PACS systems and radiology workflows.
- Proficiency in software installation, hardware, networks, and voice dictation systems such as PowerScribe.
- Strong customer service, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience preferred.
- Must be authorized to work in the US (E-verify participant).
