Compensation: Base $19 – $21 per hour; On Target Earnings (OTE) $100,000 – $150,000+

is building the first AI agent to manage physical assets, starting with car insurance and expanding into home, motorcycle, and other specialty lines.
What you will do
- Respond to inbound calls from prospective customers for auto, home, motorcycle, and specialty insurance policies.
- Educate customers on insurance policy details, including coverage options and pricing.
- Prepare and bind quotes through a network of 55+ carrier partners.
- Utilize problem-solving and objection-handling techniques to remove barriers to purchase.
- Maintain high-energy conversations to identify the policy that best fits each individual's needs.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a top-performing sales agent.
- Must reside in one of the following locations: AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, MA, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OR, TN, TX, UT, VA, or Ontario, Canada.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple competing priorities.
- Passionate about helping others and providing a great customer experience.
- Obtain P&C license within 2 weeks of starting (company will pay for the license).
