What you will do

• Process manual orders and customer complaints to ensure a high-quality customer experience within agreed KPIs.
• Analyze account discrepancies and sales interface issues (Idocs) to enable payments and ensure order flow.
• Manage outstanding customer aging, proactively engaging customers to prompt collections and resolve disputes.
• Oversee the billing process and communicate key metrics/KPIs to stakeholders.
• Act as a subject matter expert for O2C Customer Service and support global/regional process improvement projects.
• Ensure all activities align with SOx and other internal control requirements.

Requirements

• University degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or equivalent work experience.
• Dutch: Fluent (C1/Native) required.
• French: Minimum B2 level required.
• English: Proficient/Fluent required.
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.
• Location: Based in Warsaw, Poland.
