What you will do

• Manage day-to-day financial accounts and documentation in compliance with IFRS and local tax requirements.
• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting for the Nordic entities.
• Oversee balance sheet reconciliations and resolve discrepancies proactively.
• Collaborate with the Shared Service Center for transactional AR/AP processing.
• Support decision-making as a financial business partner for the Regional Head of Finance EMEA.
• Coordinate year-end audits and maintain internal control procedures.

Requirements

• Business graduate in Financial Accounting or Controlling with 3-5 years of experience.
• Fluent in English and either Danish or Swedish.
• Solid understanding of local tax environments, including VAT, CIT, and import duties.
• Experience with local planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel) and ERP systems like JDE.
• Must be based in Warsaw, Poland.
