What you will do

• Prepare and manage invoices, quotations, and receipts following established procedures.
• Support the Accounting Department with payment processing and documentation coordination.
• Handle customer inquiries regarding account balances, statements, and invoices.
• Monitor customer accounts and perform follow-ups on outstanding payments.
• Maintain and organize company financial documents and records.
• Provide general administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
• 1+ years of experience in finance, administration, customer service, or billing.
• English: Advanced (C1) proficiency required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Basic knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles.
• Location: Must be based in Limassol for onsite work.
