What you will do

• Communicate with customers via telephone and email to monitor fund collection.
• Reconcile customer accounts and track non-payments, delayed payments, or irregularities.
• Resolve customer discrepancies and ensure adherence to company credit and collection standards.
• Utilize AI-enabled tools such as chatbots and analytics assistants to improve efficiency and streamline tasks.
• Run credit reports, validate order information, and prepare invoices.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in accounts receivable or credit and collections.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Knowledge of general accounting procedures and accounts receivable.
• Ability to prompt AI systems and assess output quality.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
