What you will do

• Design and automate performance testing frameworks and integrate them into CI/CD pipelines to proactively detect bottlenecks.
• Implement and manage observability tools using the Otel and Grafana stack for performance insights.
• Collaborate with Security Operations to define and implement best practices for Azure and other cloud providers.
• Develop a multi-tenant approach for DBs, Container platforms, Authentication, and Product Registries.
• Create automation tools for deployment, monitoring, and platform operations.
• Participate in an on-call rotation for application support, incident management, and troubleshooting.

Requirements

• Expertise in Azure and best practices for managing SaaS product delivery.
• Proven experience with microservices architecture, with a strong focus on Java-based services.
• Proficiency in Terraform, Ansible, or Chef for infrastructure as code.
• Experience tuning Kafka and autoscaling components (Kubernetes/OpenShift HPA, Azure scale sets).
• Proven ability to execute performance test plans (load, stress, soak) for services sustaining 500+ TPS.
• Knowledge of security and compliance standards including SOC2, HIPAA, and ISO27001.

Nice to have

• Experience applying chaos engineering practices to enhance system resiliency.
• Experience with Azure-native monitoring and diagnostics (Azure Monitor, Application Insights, Log Analytics).
