What you will do

• Design and implement scalable Azure cloud infrastructure and hybrid networking using Hub-and-Spoke, Virtual WAN, and ExpressRoute.
• Build and maintain Infrastructure-as-Code using Terraform, Bicep, or ARM Templates.
• Develop and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions.
• Implement cloud governance and security guardrails via Azure Policy, RBAC, and Key Vault.
• Establish observability and monitoring using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Grafana, or Splunk.
• Mentor engineers and produce detailed technical documentation, including network topologies and operational runbooks.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in DevOps, cloud infrastructure, or platform engineering.
• Deep expertise in Microsoft Azure, specifically in advanced cloud networking and hybrid connectivity.
• Proficiency in IaC tools (Terraform/Bicep) and scripting languages (PowerShell, Python, or Bash).
• Experience deploying and supporting production cloud environments using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
• Must be based in Canada, the United States, or Latin America.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with both technical teams and executive stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience in fintech, digital banking, or other highly regulated financial industries.
• Knowledge of Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Docker, and container networking.
• Microsoft Azure certifications (e.g., AZ-104, AZ-305, AZ-500, AZ-700).
• Experience with AI-assisted engineering tools like GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or ChatGPT.
