What you will do

• Serve as a technical leader for DevOps initiatives and define architectural standards for infrastructure and automation.
• Design and optimize enterprise-scale CI/CD pipelines to accelerate software delivery and improve release velocity.
• Architect and maintain highly available cloud environments across AWS and Azure using Infrastructure-as-Code.
• Lead containerization and Kubernetes enablement initiatives to support scalable, cloud-native workloads.
• Partner with Security teams to implement cloud security frameworks, compliance controls, and disaster recovery architectures.
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to engineers to foster a culture of operational excellence and SRE principles.

Requirements

• Must be based in Canada
• 8+ years of experience in large-scale cloud infrastructure and platform engineering.
• Proven success leading complex DevOps or cloud modernization initiatives within SaaS organizations.
• Advanced expertise with AWS and/or Azure cloud services.
• Strong experience with Terraform, CloudFormation, Kubernetes, and Docker.
• Deep understanding of microservices architectures and cloud-native design principles.

Nice to have

• Relevant cloud platform certifications (AWS, Azure, Kubernetes).
• Experience designing globally distributed, highly resilient cloud platforms.
• Expertise in SRE practices and observability frameworks.
• Background in supporting enterprise SaaS products at scale.
