What you will do

• Manage full payroll cycles for AU, GB, and DE from preparation through to post-payroll reconciliation.
• Process payroll inputs including new hires, terminations, salary changes, commissions, and absences.
• Coordinate with external payroll vendors and EOR providers to resolve discrepancies and approve payments.
• Ensure strict compliance with local payroll, tax, social security, and employment legislation in AU, GB, and DE.
• Prepare payroll reports and maintain documentation to ensure audit readiness.
• Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements and automation.

Requirements

• 3+ years of payroll experience, preferably in a multinational environment.
• Hands-on experience managing end-to-end payroll and working with EOR providers.
• Strong understanding of payroll controls and gross-to-net calculations.
• English: C1 (Fluent) required.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of working with BAS ERP.
• Knowledge of payroll legislation in Australia, Germany, and/or the UK.
