Salary: $95,000 - $110,000 USD

What you will do

• Support operations leadership in daily management and cross-functional project implementation.
• Lead and mentor direct reports to foster a culture of operational excellence.
• Own carrier network performance, including monitoring service levels, costs, and delivery SLAs.
• Manage fulfillment execution and EDI process flows to ensure accurate inventory and order processing.
• Drive continuous improvement by analyzing operational metrics and identifying risks.
• Serve as a liaison between the operations department and external partners.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field.
• 4-6 years of operations management experience in manufacturing, preferably in CPG or wellness.
• 1-2 years of direct managerial experience including hiring and coaching.
• Proficiency in eCommerce systems such as Magento, Skubana, and Salesforce.
• Ability to travel 1-2 times per year for on-site audits and 3PL visits.
