What you will do

• Manage and oversee procurement support operations across the organization.
• Validate order accuracy in Salesforce and troubleshoot API-based vendor orders.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Procurement Specialists.
• Ensure timely follow-up on order confirmations and vendor acceptance.
• Support operational close activities for month, quarter, and year-end cycles.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance procurement efficiency.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 5+ years of IT purchasing or procurement experience, preferably in VAR/Distribution.
• 2-5 years of people management experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with Salesforce or Netsuite.
• Deep understanding of the quote-to-cash lifecycle and booking compliance.
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, sales-centric environment.
