Location: Must be based in the United States (Kentucky)

Compensation: $180,000 – $215,000 (Annual on-target earnings)

What you will do

• Deliver 100% remote, outpatient psychiatric care for patients with anxiety, depression, ADHD, and mood disorders.
• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, treatment planning, and ongoing medication management.
• Provide psychoeducation and supportive therapy within established clinical standards.
• Collaborate with an in-house referral network of psychiatrists and therapists.
• Document care accurately using electronic medical records.

Requirements

• Board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC).
• Active, unrestricted license with autonomous practice authority.
• Minimum of 3 years post-graduate clinical experience.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Experience delivering outpatient psychiatric care.
• Comfort practicing in a fully remote, telepsychiatry-based model.
