Location: Must be based in the continental US. Fully remote flexibility is available, with optional hybrid setups in San Francisco or New York.
Salary: $220,000 - $260,000

What you will do
- Lead the technical direction for mobile development strategy and patient-facing applications.
- Rapidly prototype and ship features for mobile and web apps using AI tools to improve engagement.
- Partner with product, design, and clinical teams to translate patient needs into real features.
- Mentor junior engineers and establish technical standards and architecture patterns.
- Develop strategies to support and retain patients during their critical first month of care.
Requirements
- Deep experience building and shipping consumer or patient-facing products across mobile and web.
- Proven experience as a technical lead, setting architecture direction and mentoring other engineers.
- Ability to work across the full stack and thrive in a fast-moving startup environment.
- Must be located in the continental US.
Nice to have
- Experience with React Native or cross-platform mobile frameworks.
- Background in healthcare, wellness, or other high-trust consumer domains.
- Experience optimizing engagement, retention, or onboarding flows.
- Prior experience with AI/ML or building agent-based systems.
