What you will do

• Lead the technical direction for mobile development strategy and patient-facing applications.
• Rapidly prototype and ship features for mobile and web apps using AI tools to improve engagement.
• Partner with product, design, and clinical teams to translate patient needs into real features.
• Mentor junior engineers and establish technical standards and architecture patterns.
• Develop strategies to support and retain patients during their critical first month of care.

Requirements

• Deep experience building and shipping consumer or patient-facing products across mobile and web.
• Proven experience as a technical lead, setting architecture direction and mentoring other engineers.
• Ability to work across the full stack and thrive in a fast-moving startup environment.
• Must be located in the continental US.

Nice to have

• Experience with React Native or cross-platform mobile frameworks.
• Background in healthcare, wellness, or other high-trust consumer domains.
• Experience optimizing engagement, retention, or onboarding flows.
• Prior experience with AI/ML or building agent-based systems.
