Salary: $153,000 - $179,000 (Base) + 15% target annual bonus.

What you will do

• Develop scalable backend services using Node.js and TypeScript.
• Build performant user-facing applications with React and Next.js.
• Design extensible system architectures balancing performance, security, and maintainability.
• Own full lifecycle delivery of complex features from planning to post-release observability.
• Mentor engineers and uphold strong technical standards through code reviews and design documentation.
• Participate in on-call rotations and lead post-incident reviews to drive reliability.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 8–12 years of software engineering experience.
• Deep expertise in backend systems (Node.js, PostgreSQL).
• Experience with modern front-end frameworks (React, TypeScript).
• Proven track record of architecting and delivering scalable systems in production.
• Experience mentoring engineers and driving technical design reviews.

• Familiarity with regulated domains like healthcare or fintech.
• Experience with containerized cloud environments (Docker, AWS ECS/EKS).
