What you will do

• Lead high-level content planning, daily production, and studio direction for KISS and KISSTORY brands.
• Produce live and pre-recorded programmes adhering to the highest editorial standards.
• Coach and develop on-air talent through continuous feedback and creative direction.
• Collaborate with social and digital teams to produce engaging video and social media content.
• Make critical editorial decisions during live broadcasts and editing sessions.
• Manage network-wide projects and operate studio systems independently.

Requirements

• Proven experience producing high-quality radio content within a professional broadcast environment.
• Strong leadership style with a passion for mentoring others and fostering a positive team culture.
• Advanced audio editing and production skills, specifically with Adobe Audition or similar software.
• Experience utilizing digital playout and content management systems.
• Excellent editorial judgement and a deep understanding of audience-focused content.
• Location: Must be based in London.
