What you will do
- Manage and co-own the content calendar, ensuring timely delivery of high-standard work.
- Research, write, and publish blogs, guides, case studies, and newsletters that make complex topics interesting.
- Develop GTM plans for content distribution across LinkedIn, email, and social channels to drive commercial impact.
- Analyze performance data and audience insights to optimize content creation and distribution strategies.
- Implement AI and automation tools to increase the quality, speed, and scale of content production.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in content marketing at fast-paced, high-growth B2B or B2C technology companies.
- Strong editorial judgment with the ability to simplify complex technical topics.
- Ability to execute ideas from brief to publication independently with minimal supervision.
- Deep understanding of how content builds audiences and generates demand.
- Proficiency in using performance data and experimentation to improve content outcomes.
- Curiosity and eagerness to use AI tools to scale content creation and distribution.
Nice to have
- Experience in fintech, payments, or a technical B2B category.
- Experience in video and audio editing.
