What you will do

  • Manage and co-own the content calendar, ensuring timely delivery of high-standard work.
  • Research, write, and publish blogs, guides, case studies, and newsletters that make complex topics interesting.
  • Develop GTM plans for content distribution across LinkedIn, email, and social channels to drive commercial impact.
  • Analyze performance data and audience insights to optimize content creation and distribution strategies.
  • Implement AI and automation tools to increase the quality, speed, and scale of content production.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in content marketing at fast-paced, high-growth B2B or B2C technology companies.
  • Strong editorial judgment with the ability to simplify complex technical topics.
  • Ability to execute ideas from brief to publication independently with minimal supervision.
  • Deep understanding of how content builds audiences and generates demand.
  • Proficiency in using performance data and experimentation to improve content outcomes.
  • Curiosity and eagerness to use AI tools to scale content creation and distribution.

Nice to have

  • Experience in fintech, payments, or a technical B2B category.
  • Experience in video and audio editing.
