What you will do

• Own the editorial vision, voice, and standards across all written, audio, and video output.
• Set and manage the publishing calendar, making final decisions on content viability.
• Collaborate with the CEO and technical leaders to shape their thinking into finished, high-quality work.
• Lead and develop the editorial team, including producers working to commercial briefs.
• Build flagship content strands, including podcasts and executive thought-leadership formats.
• Drive audience growth, share of voice, and engagement to influence the sales pipeline.

Requirements

• Must be based in the UK (home-based with occasional travel to London).
• Proven editorial voice and taste with a track record of determining content value for audiences.
• Background spanning journalism or media production alongside B2B content, brand, or thought leadership.
• Experience managing senior leaders and founders to maintain editorial standards.
• Fluency in modern production, including AI-enabled workflows across formats.
• Audience-first thinking with a clear understanding of commercial connections.

Nice to have

• Experience building or scaling an in-house media or content platform from an early stage.
• An established network across the media, data, or AI/technology community.
