What you will do

• Develop and demonstrate plasma etch processes in line with agreed specifications.
• Process customer wafers and evaluate results using analytical tools, including Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM).
• Design and optimize new process recipes across a wide range of technologies.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance at customer sites.
• Generate technical reports, presentations, and intellectual property (IP) submissions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop new products and process technologies.

Requirements

• BSc/BEng in Physics, Chemistry, Materials Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience using metrology techniques such as SEM.
• Knowledge of endpoint detection techniques.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
