What you will do

• Manage performance and reliability of complex manufacturing systems in cleanroom production.
• Analyze equipment performance data to optimize decision-making and maximize throughput.
• Develop and automate KPIs for early detection of equipment issues.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose machine hard-down events using a mix of hands-on and data-driven approaches.
• Lead cross-functional projects to implement design changes and reduce tool failures.
• Collaborate with OEM suppliers and international sites in the USA and Asia.

Requirements

• Engineering degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in Electronics, Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or Chemical Engineering.
• Relevant engineering experience or a proven track record in the wafer fabrication/semi-conductor sector.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to perform hands-on electrical and mechanical diagnosis.
• Must have the right to work in the UK; sponsorship is not available.
