What you will do

• Act as the Design Verification SME for semiconductor deployments across block, subsystem, and SoC environments.
• Develop AI-assisted workflows for test generation, regression triage, debug, and coverage closure.
• Curate evaluations, including golden tasks and benchmarks, grounded in real engineering workflows.
• Build prototypes, evaluation harnesses, and tooling to validate and improve solution quality.
• Mentor the FDE team on verification concepts and methodology to increase domain depth.
• Partner with customers to translate pain points into technical plans and architectural solutions.

Requirements

• BS/MS in EE, CE, CS or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience in design verification for complex IP, subsystem, or SoC programs.
• Expertise in SystemVerilog, UVM, and simulation tools such as VCS, Questa, or Verdi.
• Deep understanding of constrained-random verification, RTL/microarchitecture, and memory systems.
• Proficiency in Python for scripting and automation of verification tooling.
• Ability to operate as a consultative expert in customer-facing environments.

Nice to have

• Experience across multiple semiconductor companies, design environments, or tool stacks.
• Familiarity with formal verification, emulation, or physical design.
• Experience applying AI/LLM systems to semiconductor workflows.
• Previous experience in field engineering, solutions engineering, or technical delivery roles.
