What you will do

• Implement modern backend applications and infrastructure using a microservices architecture.
• Research and integrate blockchain protocols and on-chain projects into the platform.
• Develop external protocol integration patterns and internal wallet infrastructure.
• Contribute to production reliability through on-call participation and incident response.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bridge raw on-chain capabilities with customer-facing features.

Requirements

• 7+ years of backend development experience in Go, Python, or JavaScript/TypeScript.
• 3+ years of hands-on blockchain development experience.
• Experience working on high-scale distributed systems and API design.
• Knowledge of consensus mechanisms, cryptographic primitives, MPC, and multi-signature wallets.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm.
• Must be located in the Czech Republic.

Nice to have

• Demonstrated ability to apply AI tools in day-to-day development.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
