What you will do

• Build and optimize Python services for data synchronization and transformation across 300+ source APIs.
• Develop and improve connectors, managing auth flows, rate limiting, and pagination.
• Enhance production system scalability, reliability, and concurrency.
• Write comprehensive tests using pytest and perform merge request reviews.
• Collaborate in two-week sprints using a pragmatic, low-bureaucracy approach.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional Python experience.
• Proven track record of building and maintaining complex production-grade systems.
• Deep expertise in integrating third-party APIs (auth, rate limits, error handling).
• Strong understanding of OOP and concurrency (threads/async).
• Experience with Linux environments and SQL (PostgreSQL).
• Fluent English (written and spoken).

Nice to have

• Experience with Redis, Docker, or CI/CD pipelines.
• Background in ETL/ELT, martech, or adtech APIs.
• Experience in a small, remote-first product company.
