What you will do

• Lead end-to-end technical integrations from pre-sales through implementation and Go-Live.
• Own the customer onboarding lifecycle and coordinate internal stakeholders.
• Provide technical consultancy to clients, supporting API integrations and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to resolve issues and improve documentation.
• Monitor post-Go-Live performance and drive continuous improvements.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a technical integration, solutions engineering, or similar customer-facing role.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, and OAuth.
• Familiarity with at least one backend language such as Java, TypeScript/Node.js, C#/.NET, or Go.
• Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle and API documentation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in sales support or account management.
• Knowledge of card payment concepts such as settlement, tokenisation, disputes, and transaction monitoring.
