What you will do

• Lead and manage complex transformation and change management projects from scoping to benefits realisation.
• Develop tailored change strategies, roadmaps, and governance frameworks.
• Design stakeholder engagement, impact assessments, and readiness evaluations.
• Build and coach client-side change agent networks to ensure sustainability.
• Manage project workstreams, budgets, and high-quality deliverables.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to internal knowledge assets.

Requirements

• 1-5 years of professional experience, with at least 3 years in management consulting or in-house transformation.
• Proven track record in financial services (insurance, banking, pensions, payments, or asset management).
• Master's degree in Business Administration, Econometrics, Organisational Psychology, or a related field.
• Fluency in English and Dutch is required.
• Must be eligible to work in the Netherlands (no work permit sponsorship provided).

Nice to have

• Certification in change management (e.g., Prosci / ADKAR, APMG).
• Knowledge of frameworks like Kotter, McKinsey 7-S, or Lewin.
• Proficiency in PRINCE2, PMI, or SAFe / Agile methodologies.
• Strong interest in data and AI-related topics.
