What you will do

• Develop strategic positioning and new business orientations for financial services clients.
• Lead organizational redesign and business re-engineering projects.
• Drive operational excellence and implement efficiency improvements.
• Contribute to the development and reinforcement of the company's service offerings by analyzing industry innovation.
• Participate in commercial initiatives and need definition for business development.

Requirements

• Master’s Degree.
• 3 to 5 years of experience within a consultancy firm.
• Knowledge of the Financial services sector is a MUST.
• Dutch and English communication and presentation skills are mandatory.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize complex options into conclusions.
• Must have legal authorization to work in the Netherlands.
