What you will do

• Lead and manage complex transformation and change management projects from scoping through execution.
• Develop tailored change strategies, roadmaps, and governance frameworks for clients.
• Design and facilitate stakeholder engagement, impact assessments, and readiness evaluations.
• Build and coach client-side change agent networks to embed sustainable capability.
• Manage project workstreams, timelines, budgets, and quality deliverables.
• Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts and support proposal development.

Requirements

• 5-10 years of professional experience, including at least 3 years in management consulting or in-house transformation.
• Demonstrated track record of delivering change programmes in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
• Experience working in financial services (insurance, banking, pension, payments, asset management).
• Master's degree in Business Administration, Econometrics, Organisational Psychology, or related field.
• Proficiency in change management frameworks (ADKAR, Kotter) and project methodologies (PRINCE2, PMI, Agile).
• Fluency in English and Dutch is required.

Nice to have

• Certification in change management (e.g., Prosci / ADKAR, APMG Change Management).
