• Coach and steer consulting teams within the Banking & Insurance business line in the Netherlands.

Requirements

• Master's degree from a top-tier university in business, engineering, or economics.
• 7-10 years of relevant experience in banking sector consulting.
• Bilingual proficiency in Dutch and English (Dutch is a must).
• Existing work authorization for the Netherlands (work permits will not be provided).
• Proven track record in business development, team leadership, and project management.
