Associate Analyst, RFP (Fintech)

Associate Analyst, RFP (Fintech): Supporting the development and delivery of high-quality RFP, RFI, and DDQ responses with an accent on cross-regional coordination and content accuracy. Focus on customizing standard content for institutional clients and maintaining the global RFP database.

Location: Henley-on-Thames, Oxfordshire. Must spend at least four full days each week working in the office.

What you will do

• Draft and edit RFP, RFI, and DDQ responses across various asset classes, including equities, fixed income, and multi-asset.
• Collaborate with RFP teams across US, EMEA, and APAC regions to support global opportunities and workload balancing.
• Maintain and update the RFP content database to ensure materials reflect current product and performance data.
• Coordinate with SMEs across product, legal, compliance, and marketing to gather required inputs.
• Perform quality control on responses for consistency, grammar, formatting, and brand standards.
• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and support AI integration within RFP tools.

Requirements

• Experience in asset management, financial services, or a related field (internship experience is acceptable).
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with high attention to detail.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Communications, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced, global environment.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
