Deal Desk Analyst

What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end quoting process in Salesforce (SFDC) to ensure accuracy in products, pricing, and metrics.
• Generate Service Orders and sales documentation using Ironclad and CPQ tools.
• Review signed opportunities for accuracy and facilitate the booking process.
• Provide a forum for Sales and Customer Success teams to resolve complex pricing and commercial escalations.
• Partner with Legal, Finance, and Accounting departments to uphold pricing and financial policies.
• Train Sales and Customer Success teams on quoting best practices and internal workflows.

Requirements

• Must be physically located and legally authorized to work in Poland or the UK (excluding London).
• College degree and/or relevant Deal Desk experience.
• Experience managing quoting in Salesforce (SFDC) and contract workflows in Ironclad is highly preferred.
• Ability to work from home in a distraction-free environment.
