Salary: €124,200–€186,200 base pay per year, plus bonus and benefits.

What you will do

• Lead the Core Infrastructure organization across internal networks, client access, physical-site connectivity, cloud and on-premise infrastructure, and enterprise endpoint management.
• Own end-to-end service performance, including availability, reliability, security, resilience, user experience, and business continuity.
• Define and execute multi-year infrastructure strategies, roadmaps, investment plans, and operating models.
• Drive automation, infrastructure as code, observability, AI-enabled operations, self-service, and software-defined infrastructure.
• Establish operational practices for service management, incident response, change management, lifecycle management, capacity, and resilience.
• Lead managers, architects, and senior engineers while managing budgets, vendors, sourcing models, risks, and investment priorities.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in infrastructure engineering, enterprise technology, or related disciplines.
• 5+ years of experience managing managers and leading large, globally distributed technology teams.
• Broad enterprise infrastructure expertise with deep knowledge in at least one relevant domain.
• Experience operating and evolving large-scale, business-critical enterprise technology environments.
• Experience leading significant technology, organizational, or operating-model transformations across multiple teams or domains.
• Strong stakeholder influence, financial and commercial acumen, strategy development, vendor management, and executive communication skills.
