What you will do

Define and execute engineering strategy aligned with company objectives.
Lead and mentor multiple engineering teams, establishing clear goals.
Ensure timely delivery of product and platform initiatives.
Guide system architecture evolution for scalability and performance.
Collaborate with Product, QA, DevOps, and executive stakeholders.
Promote best practices in observability, security, and testing.

Requirements

10+ years in software development, 5+ in leadership roles.
Experience leading large-scale, cross-functional engineering teams.
Strong expertise in cloud infrastructure and microservices.
Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and CI/CD practices.
Fluent in English (written and verbal).
