What you will do

• Collaborate on ML experiments for order book analysis, alert detection, and sequential financial data.
• Develop and operate AI agent systems in production using ML engineering disciplines.
• Build and maintain production-quality data pipelines for processing terabytes of daily market data.
• Evolve ML training and deployment infrastructure on Snowflake.
• Design and develop test-driven Python code while ensuring process compliance for AI solutions.
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers through code reviews and architecture guidance.

Requirements

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field.
• 5+ years of software engineering experience, primarily in Python.
• Production experience with time-series or sequential data modeling.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with large-scale datasets.
• Experience with enterprise cloud data platforms like Snowflake, Databricks, or BigQuery.
• Proficiency in production practices including version control, CI/CD, and Docker.

Nice to have

• Deep learning expertise (PyTorch, custom training loops, multi-GPU distributed ML).
• Experience building with LLM APIs, prompt engineering, and agent orchestration.
