Data Solutions & Analytics Senior Analyst (Fintech)

Location: Westlake, Texas, United States; in-person attendance required at least 3 days per week. Telecommuting is permitted.

Base pay: $141,773–$162,000 per year, plus bonus opportunities, equity, and benefits.

What you will do

• Partner with Operations, Compliance, Product, and Engineering to deliver data-driven solutions.
• Build and maintain scalable data pipelines with Python, Spark, and Airflow for risk indicators, controls, alerts, reconciliations, and reporting.
• Develop Generative AI and large language model solutions to automate operational and compliance workflows.
• Create dashboards and visualizations for monitoring product, system, and business process health.
• Perform exploratory and statistical data analysis to identify patterns, anomalies, and actionable insights.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Management, Electronic Engineering, or a related field.
• At least five years of progressively responsible experience in the offered role or a related occupation.
• Experience with Python, Spark, Airflow, complex SQL queries, exploratory data analysis, and statistical analysis.
• Experience developing dashboards, visualizations, automated workflows, and operational or compliance solutions.
• Experience applying large language models and Generative AI to streamline processes.
• Background checks are required.
