Sr Lead Software Engineer, AI Security Platform

Salary: $114,500–$194,700 USD annual base pay

What you will do

• Lead technical development and long-term enhancement of an AI-powered code security scanner platform.
• Implement modernization, architectural evolution, scalability improvements, and platform enhancements.
• Develop user-facing reporting dashboards, workflow management, and administrative capabilities.
• Build secure authentication and authorization patterns for modern applications.
• Maintain and extend backend orchestration and scanning services, including LLM-based security analysis integrations.
• Enhance automated vulnerability analysis, reporting, verification, testing, and quality engineering workflows.

Requirements

• 12+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• 5+ years in a lead, principal, or senior engineering role.
• Experience supporting enterprise-scale applications in regulated environments.
• Expert-level React and Python development with modern SPA architecture, REST APIs, API design, and integrations.
• Experience with automation and orchestration frameworks, test automation, LLM integration, agent-based workflows, application security, and vulnerability management.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without employment-based visa sponsorship; visa sponsorship is not available.
