What you will do

• Own the end-to-end strategy for adoption, optimization, and value realization of AI capabilities and agents.
• Lead structured adoption programs with strategic customers to validate workflow pain points and success criteria.
• Define product health and value realization metrics (activation, engagement, retention) using data-driven dashboards.
• Synthesize customer feedback and usage patterns to influence the AI product roadmap and prioritize improvements.
• Partner with Engineering, Design, and Data Science to improve AI usability, explainability, and trust.
• Enable GTM and Product Marketing teams to translate customer wins into repeatable launch motions.

Requirements

• Must be based in Canada.
• 8–10+ years of professional experience, with 6+ years in Product Management (B2B SaaS, AI, or data-driven products).
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Deep familiarity with GenAI, autonomous agents, AI governance, and responsible AI practices.
• Proven experience owning product strategy and value realization for complex enterprise product areas.
• Strong proficiency in Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Figma.
